She’s incredibly knowledgeable, extremely patient and was always available when we had questions, concerns or just wanted to bounce ideas off of her. And when it came time to make an offer, we felt good knowing that Sarah was in our corner with the local insights, marketplace knowledge and great negotiating skills to help us get where we needed to be. We couldn’t have been happier nor could our experience with Sarah and with Gilligan have been any better. In the end we got a fantastic house that we love. The only downside is that we don’t get to see Sarah as much! We highly recommend Sarah and Gilligan Realty!
