Our first attempt to sell our parents home failed.  Sarah of Gilligan Reality was outstanding providing a plan that she stuck to.  Worked extremely hard to make sure the house had the correct appearance and was visible to other agents and buyers.  Living in the South, the communication that she consistently provided made a real difference.  Her efforts resulted in four offers and the house is sold at a fair price.
